Our founder, Prachet Agrawal, saw a simple problem: students need answers when they are ready to ask, but admissions teams cannot be online all day and night. He built Aro AI to give universities a helpful first response while keeping their team in control.
Aro AI answers students on websites and WhatsApp, with voice in beta. It uses each university's programme data, captures useful details, and brings a person into the conversation when needed.
